Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
With appropriate supervision, in support of the respective office(s) and/or department(s), timely, accurately and efficiently performs various clerical and/or nontechnical specialist duties. This position prepares reports, forms, letters and memos; creates and maintains data or other records; utilizes software to prepare documents and provides assistance to company employees. The ideal candidate maintains good working relations with co-workers and other company personnel.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
 Prepare memos, letters, reports, documents, lists or other records
 Verify and review check registers for errors; print daily checks
 Multi-task in a team environment, work independently within deadlines, and show attention to detail
 Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook
 Maintain regular predictable attendance
