Job Description
Position Summary –
With minimal supervision, timely, accurately and efficiently provides risk control services to
customer accounts and performs risk control evaluations about potential customer accounts for
BITCO management and underwriters; maintains own schedule of service calls, managing travel
through the territory to provide timely service in an efficient manner; maintains good customer
relations; maintains good working relations with co-workers and other company personnel.
Substantial independent action and judgment are required in recognizing, evaluating and making
conclusions and recommendations about complex factual risk control issues.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 5 or more years’ experience along with the following qualifications/capabilities:
 Areas of knowledge focus include: Construction and Oil & Gas
 Professional designations a plus – CSP, CPCU, ARM
 WC, Commercial Auto, General Liability and Inland Marine coverage experience
 Progressive working knowledge of customer safety programs; state and federal regulations; general insurance and policy terms; and mentoring skills to convey the knowledge to others
 Effectively communicate in person, by telephone by email and in formal correspondence
 Routinely bend, kneel, reach, see, be mobile, climb stairs/ladders and walk around to evaluate customer job sites and machinery
 Overnight travel required
